Client: Sydney Airport
Year: 2022

We’ve partnered with Sydney Airport to improve the wayfinding experience for passengers transferring to domestic flights from the international terminal. Through a detailed research, review and testing process, we identified significant issues in how the international transfer service was communicated and understood.

Our recommendations outlined a clearer, more intuitive approach to signage that better aligned with best-practice airport standards and passenger behaviour. This project highlights how thoughtful adjustments to language, hierarchy and visual cues can deliver meaningful operational impact, improving clarity, confidence and flow for thousands of travellers every day.
