Macquarie
Park

Client: EPIISOD
Year: 2025

We’ve transformed a complex 732-bed student accommodation development into a seamless, intuitive living environment at EPIISOD Macquarie Park. The first Australian site for Centurion Corporation’s premium PBSA brand.

Designed to support a multi-tower vertical site, the system brings clarity to complexity while reinforcing EPIISOD’s refined, hotel-calibre positioning.

Through a considered approach to the user experience, we’ve created an intuitive, low-friction environment for residents and visitors, turning a complex building into one that feels legible, cohesive, and distinctly elevated.
